1. During the first 4 weeks, your little one will see 20 - 30cm away. Hold up a single pattern card at this distance.

2. Swap to a new pattern card every 20 seconds.

3. Repeating this daily for just 3 minutes, you can increase their attention span from 10 seconds to 60 - 90 seconds in just 1 week, as well as improve their tracking and focus.
