Return Policy
It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue an exchange (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer). In the case where Happy Little Doers has made a shipping error, we will gladly cover the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the item(s). Returns and refunds will only be made within a 14 day period from order purchase and with returned goods undamaged and complete.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the product price, so you won’t be charged any additional VAT at the checkout.
Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program
Our Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program has been set up to support individuals that have been successfully approved by Happy Little Doers to promote our brand and products. Ambassadors are not automatically approved on request through our website and are determined by Happy Little Doers alone. Successful ambassadors with receive access to our Brand Ambassador tools, that will helps support the successful promotion of our brand. These can include affiliate links and banners, as well as coupon codes (% or fixed amounts) which are at the discretion of Happy Little Doers. A commission is available for Brand Ambassadors, of which the value is specified by Happy Little Doers, and is subject to change at any time. The commission may be withdrawn from an ambassador’s account after a period of no less than 30 days. This is to ensure that referrals have been completed and to ensure that there is sufficient time in the unlikely event of an item(s) being returned. Brand Ambassadors must have a PayPal account in order to receive withdrawals from Happy Little Doers.
