We aim to be as green as possible. To the extent that even the way our website is powered is green. As a growing business with more customers visiting us, we monitor our site to make sure it is easy and quick to navigate to minimise energy usage. We also work with a hosting partner who is powered with 100% Green Powered Hosting using renewable energy and is Green-e Certified.
We are particularly mindful about the sustainability of our products. We work with local suppliers that are accredited in sourcing sustainable materials that contribute to providing the highest standard of protection for endangered species and forests, providing a safe and secure future for our planet.
We use both deinkable inks and vegetable inks across our product range. Deinkable means that the inks on printed products can be removed safely in the recycling process, allowing the paper to be reused. Deinkable helps to ensure that our products contribute to a circular economy.
We are always on the lookout for new technology and materials that can help us reduce plastic usage in our products. We only use vegan glue across all of our products and packaging to ensure they are free from animal cruelty and any synthetic materials, such as plastic.
We are working with World Land Trust (an international conservation charity) through their Carbon Balanced programme, in order to reduce our carbon footprint and impact on climate change. The World Land Trust is an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats, by funding the creation of reserves and providing permanent protection for habitats and wildlife.
The World Land Trust is endorsed by Sir David Attenborough, Steve Backshall MBE, David Gower OBE and Chris Packham CBE.
We are proud to say that all our suppliers are UK based, ensuring that we minimise our carbon footprint. By working with UK businesses, we are not only supporting the economy and local businesses, but we are able to monitor the quality of our products as they are handled by hand for each order.
We are happy to receive information from suppliers that support the same ethics and value as our company. If you would like to get in touch, please contact us below
We are keen to work with businesses and individuals who support the same ethics and values that we hold. We are currently supporting Oly at Project Planet who is on a mission to stop plastic pollution. Oly is in the Cayman Islands, preparing to be the first person ever to swim around Grand Cayman to raise awareness of the significant plastic issues in our oceans.
