Shape Building

A brilliantly tactile activity that encourages kids how to learn and build shape structures

1. Lay out the Shapes Flashcards that you would like to make

2. If referencing the dotted side, count the number of orange dots that are on that shape card. Count out the same number of Jelly Beans (or whatever soft treat or material you've chosen) and toothpicks. If you are using the 3D cards, take the Jelly Beans and toothpicks as you require them.

3. Push and connect the toothpicks one at a time with the Jelly Beans to create the shape.

4. When the shape has been successfully made - try another shape (and have a Jelly Bean to celebrate of course!
